The most important thing an instructor can do for a student is to give that student a better picture in their mind of what needs to happen to hit better shots, and to then improve the student’s impact with the ball. Scott utilizes technology & video in his lessons to accomplish this.
Learning to play your best golf involves understanding what your golf ball is telling you. The flight of your ball will tell you on every shot exactly what your club face was doing at impact. The fight of your golf ball has no ideas about swing theory. It doesn’t know how you grip the club, whether you keep your head down, or whether or not you bend your left arm. All that matters to the golf ball is what the club face is doing when it strikes the ball.
Your impact position is controlled by the way you grip the club, aim your club face, and the direction you swing the club. Scott will make adjustments in these fundamentals, improving your impact position, your ball flight and lead you to becoming a better player.
